Outdoor lights
One specific characteristic of the outdoor lights is that they are high IP lights (water and dust resistant - read more about IP). Due to their exposure to either strong winds or rain and precipitations, most of the lights for outdoors are protected by a glass cover and a metal frame. All the outdoor lights have to adhere by the current specific outdoor regulations and guidelines in order to ensure safety and weather protection. The outdoor lights are used mainly for lighting up pathways in gardens, lighting trees, walks, buildings, signs, signposts, walls, etc.
